The purchase of ESRI's ArcGIS for Server Enterprise Advanced with ArcGIS for Desktop user licensing. All interfaces between the GIS software and the City's various municipal software programs are already created and functional and are fully integrated. The addition of ESRI's ArcGIS will make our current software more robust and therefore beneficial to our employees and the citizens of Moore. Surrounding cities also use ArcGIS software.

Development of a detail contractor pre-qualifications package and a bid package for specific construction pay items bid package for the following: full and complete construction services for roadway improvements, sidewalks improvements, drainage improvements, traffic signals improvements, emergency response construction services including debris removal, snow and ice removal and traffic control.

A Benefit Cost Analysis (BCA)  for the proposed Resiliency Center that is planned to be located at Central Park in the City of Moore. The BCA will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as part of the Disaster Recovery Grant Application for Phase 2 of the National Disaster Resilience Competition.

Engineering and analysis required to prepare a benefit / cost analysis (BCA) for the implementation of smart water meters in the City of Moore. The BCA will be submitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development as part of the Disaster Recovery Grant Application for Phase 2 of the National Disaster Resilience Competition.

  • Conduct an initial general needs assessment prior to proceeding with a GIS implementation project.
  • Define the data (digital maps and attributes) needed for the GIS to extract information relevant to the functions and activities of the city government as the City of Moore determines necessary.
  • Deliver the data in geodatabase format with necessary metadata required to support the government functions and activities

Development of a new 4,300 linear feet long, 10 foot wide multi-purpose pedestrian trail with landscaping and supporting amenities commencing near the Plaza Towers Elementary School to approximately Eagle Dr and SW 10th St around the Foxglove addition lake.

Status: Active

The project is described as the reconstruction of existing 4th Street (SH-37) (4-lane roadway facility) and providing a BNSF railroad underpass in the city of Moore between South Broadway and South Eastern Avenue. The railroad

bridge will be constructed for 2-track tracks with room for future track (2-track lanes currently exist). The existing roadway is a curb and gutter section and will be reconstructed as a curb and gutter section.

Engineering for the reconstruction of Bryant Avenue from SE 4th Street to SE 12th Street.

Status: Active

The Engineering plans will provide a new railroad bridge for two tracks with room for a future track and reconstruction for a four-lane curb and gutter section of roadway.

Status: Complete

An update to the current Moore Vision 20/20, which includes public facilities, sewer and water utilities, parks, transportation, and economic development.  The Comprehensive Plan serves as the major land use policy document for the City of Moore.
